Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in time is 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. The Gold Point Resort Front Desk is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all other days of the week. Please notify us if you will be arriving after hours by calling 970-453-1910. Your check-in packet, including keys to your unit, will be left at the Front Desk for you.

Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out time is 10 a.m. on the date of your departure. Should you desire a later check-out, please contact the Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure.

Q: Do you have high-speed wireless Internet access available?
A: Wireless Internet access is available throughout the resort and is available in all units.

Q: Do you have a pool?
A: No; free passes to the Breckenridge Recreation Center are available at the Front Desk. These passes provide access to a variety of exercise equipment, pool, indoor walking/running track, tennis courts and much, much more! Please note that Breckenridge Recreation Center passes are not available for owners of Grand Timber Lodge or Grand Lodge on Peak 7.

Q: What toiletries are provided?
A: You will find a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toilet paper and bars of soap in each bathroom. If you run out of any of these supplies, simply call down to the Front Desk and they will restock your supply.

Q: Is there a coffee maker in the units?
A: Yes; each unit has a coffee maker and a welcome basket that includes regular and decaf coffee, an assortment of teas, powder creamer packets, sugar and Sweet’N Low, coffee filters and hot chocolate. 

Q: What kitchen cleaning supplies come in the units?
A: Dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels and a sponge.

Q: Is early check-in available?
A: Early check-in prior to 4 p.m. is available on a limited basis. Please call us on your day of arrival for more information.

Q: Is late check-out available?
A: Late check-out after 10 a.m. is available on a limited basis. Please check with the Front Desk to see if a late check-out is available for your stay.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Gold Point Resort is pet-friendly for owners only.  Service animals are allowed on the property for any guest. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) rule defines “service animal” as an animal that has been individually trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Animals whose sole function is to provide emotional support, comfort, therapy, companionship, therapeutic benefits or to promote emotional well-being are NOT service animals. We appreciate your adherence to the Colorado state law. Pets can be kenneled at The Dog House in Breckenridge.

Q: Do you have a shuttle into town?
A: No; Gold Point Resort is located next to a stop for Breckenridge’s free bus service.

Q: Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?
A: No; free passes to the Breckenridge Recreation Center are available at the Front Desk. These passes provide access to a variety of exercise equipment, pool, indoor walking/running track, tennis courts and much, much more! Please note that Breckenridge Recreation Center passes are not available for owners of Grand Timber Lodge or Grand Lodge on Peak 7.

Q: I want to ship a package to arrive before or during my stay? Do you allow this?
A: Yes. We’re happy to accept packages for guests. Please send the package via UPS or FedEx to Gold Point Resort, Attention: (Guest’s Name), 53 View Lane, Breckenridge, CO 80424. If you’d like to let us know when the package is sent, we’ll be happy to make a note to keep an eye out for it. USPS will not ship to Grand Lodge on Peak 7, so please make sure to use UPS or FedEx.

Q: Do you have a business center?
A: Yes; the business center is open 24 hours a day.

Q: Do you allow smoking on the property?
A: Only tobacco smoking is allowed in designated areas within the resort and on unit decks. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units.

Q: How do I get to the hotel?
A: Please see our Maps & Directions page.

Q: Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
A: We do not provide free shuttle service from the airport; however, we do offer discounted shuttle services to our guests. Please call 877-453-4440 for help booking a shuttle service.

Q: Do you have on-site parking?
A: Yes, we offer on-site parking. Suites and one-bedroom units are allotted one parking space, two-bedroom units are allotted two parking spaces and three-bedroom units are allotted three parking spaces. All other vehicles will have to make arrangements with the town of Breckenridge for overnight parking. Recreational vehicles and trailers are not allowed to park on the property.

Q: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/pack’n plays? Is there a charge?
A: Yes, we offer rollaways, cribs and pack’n plays free of charge. Due to fire code restrictions, rollaways and cribs are not allowed in studio units.

Q: What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
A: You or someone in your party must be 21 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Due to the nature of our property, cancellation policies differ per reservation type. Please reference your confirmation email or call 877-453-4440 for your specific policy.

Q: Do you have accessible rooms?
A: Yes, we have accessible rooms. Please let us know prior to arrival that an accessible room will be needed.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards. When you check in to the resort, we require a credit card to put on file. We do not accept checks.
